The initiative applies exclusively to day and multi-day ski passes for individual ski resorts purchased during the 2022/23, 2023/24 and 2024/25 winter seasons.
Please note: Ski passes valid only for individual areas, such as a day pass, half-day pass or 3-hour pass valid exclusively for Plose or only for Gitschberg Jochtal, are excluded from the initiative.

Half-day ski passes, season passes and all Dolomiti Superski passes are not included, whether day and multi-day passes or products with seasonal validity, such as Superski Family, Superdays and season passes.

Purchases relating to the 2025/26 season are also excluded, as the AGCM review had already started before the beginning of that season and applies exclusively to the previous seasons listed above.

These products and purchases were therefore not covered by the AGCM review and are not eligible for the refund or discount credit provided under the initiative.

If you purchased your ski pass at a ticket office and paid in cash, the purchase must be verifiable.

If the ski pass is linked to your MyDolomiti profile, or if you still have the card number or documentation proving the purchase, you can proceed with the verification available through the portal.

If the ski pass is not linked to your MyDolomiti profile and you no longer have either the ski pass or proof of purchase, it will not be possible to request the benefit.

As part of the dedicated online procedure, an automated verification of the ski passes linked to your MyDolomiti profile is carried out first.

If the ski pass is not found automatically, you can perform an additional search using the card number on which the ski pass was loaded.

If the purchase still cannot be found, or if you no longer have the card number, you can request a manual document review by Customer Service through the portal.

In this case, you will need to enter all available information relating to the purchase and upload documentation that allows it to be verified, such as a receipt, proof of payment, a bank statement or other documentation relating to the ski pass purchase.

The documentation must make it possible to link the payment to the purchase for which the benefit is being requested.

Our internal procedures are not designed to manually search for and provide documentation relating to individual past transactions.

A dedicated online procedure for the consumer benefits initiative will be available on our website from 15 October.

The procedure will first automatically verify purchases recorded in our systems. If a purchase cannot be found, it will be possible to request a review based on the available documentation, such as proof of payment or a bank statement.

For this reason, there is no need to request a preliminary search for purchase documents. Please keep any documentation you already have and submit your request through the dedicated procedure.

The discount credit is equal to 30% of the amount recognised for the previous eligible purchases. However, for each new purchase, the discount credit can cover a maximum of 30% of the price of the new ski pass.

For example, if you have €80 of discount credit and purchase a new ski pass costing €100, you can use a maximum of €30 of the credit.

The remaining €50 will remain available for one or more future purchases until the end of the 2028/29 season.

In some cases, it is possible to prove that a purchase was made in a ski resort, but the documentation provided does not make it possible to determine with certainty which type of ski pass was purchased.

In these cases, the entire documented amount cannot be recognised as expenditure for an eligible individual ski resort pass. For this reason, both the refund by bank transfer and the discount credit are calculated on a flat-rate basis.

The calculation is made by first applying the relevant individual ski-area sales percentage to the documented amount. 30% is then calculated on the resulting amount:

Documented amount × individual local ski resort sales percentage × 30%

The applicable sales percentage differs for each ski resort. Therefore, even if the documented amount is the same, the value of the discount credit may vary depending on the ski resort in which the purchase was made.

Illustrative example – Ski resort 1

Documented amount: €450.00
Percentage used in the example: 22%

€450.00 × 22% = €99.00
€99.00 × 30% = €30.00

The discount credit would therefore amount to €30.00.

Illustrative example – Ski resort 2

Documented amount: €450.00
Percentage used in the example: 63%

€450.00 × 63% = €284.00
€283.50 × 30% = €85.00

The discount credit would therefore amount to €85.00.

The examples are for illustrative purposes only. The percentage actually applied depends on the relevant ski resort.

Yes. A ski pass for an individual ski resort purchased using discount credit can subsequently be upgraded to a Dolomiti Superski pass.

In the event of an upgrade, any applicable administration fees, the price difference between the individual ski resort pass and the Dolomiti Superski pass, and the amount of the discount previously used must be paid.

The benefit applied through the discount credit is therefore lost when upgrading to a Dolomiti Superski pass.
