Go wild at the Jochtal Adventure Park!

Here’s a foretaste

The Jochtal Adventure Park is designed as an adventure trail leading from the mountain terminal of the Jochtal cable car to the Steinermandl panoramic platform. The hiking trail is suitable for prams, and there are huts along the way for a tasty stopover.

The Jochtal Adventure Park in detail

As you make your way from the lift terminal, the Adventure Park reveals its secrets, sparking the children’s enthusiasm with a petting zoo, a water park, a deer-shaped climbing frame and a balance course. In the nearby woodland can be found a wind chime, a wooden play tractor, an educational wooden sundial, and a bear-shaped climbing frame. When your little adventurers are tired from all the action, they can relax with you on the cosy hammocks.

The itinerary ends up at the Steinermandl panoramic platform, which offers a fantastic 360-degree view of the surrounding area. If you get thirsty or peckish, the Nockalmhütte, Ochsenalmhütte and Jochtalhütte huts are all close by and worth a visit.

How to get there

The Jochtal Adventure Park is right by the mountain terminal of the Jochtal cable car, at 2,008 metres. The valley terminal is just outside the centre of Vals, where a convenient car park also offers charging stations for electric vehicles.
